These practices are in tribute to Shri Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar

Marcia a disciple of Guruji, B.K.S Iyengar, and always felt a genuine welcome at his Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India. During her over the years long stay she studied daily with the Iyengars and received Guruji’s guidance that changed her life. Of Iyengar, Marcia says, “Guruji was an amazing teacher who always wanted to help no matter where [we were].  I experienced some of his in the moment teachings at the institute library, his house porch, and the yoga hall.”
